You need yogurt which will act as a base for your smoothie. You can also opt for oats if you are allergic to yogurt so you may have thick yet smooth consistency at the same time this is the main ingredient.
Then you will need any fruit of your choice. Frozen fruits are preferred because they give you that fresh and chill vibe in your drink. You can go for the freshly cut fruits too, if not having frozen but do not forget to add ice. The basic strawberry smoothie contains strawberries, for that smooth consistency yogurt is used or if you want it without yogurt so can go for oats or any liquid of your choice it can be milk, juice, or even water, and additional sweetener if you want.

Strawberry Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup mango or mango juice
- ½ cup ice (optional)
Method:
- Add yogurt first, then frozen strawberries, mango, or its juice and ice in the blender. Ice is added to achieve the cold and smooth texture you can skip it.

- Wait till the smoothie blends and pour it into the glass.
- Garnish it with few strawberries and mango chunks. (it’s optional)
Strawberry Smoothie With Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup cranberry-raspberry juice
- ¼ cup orange juice
Method:
- Add yogurt first, then frozen strawberries, cranberry-raspberry, and orange juice in the blender.
- And blend them all.
- Pour into a glass and it is ready to enjoy.
Strawberry Smoothie Without Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- ½ cup milk (you can use low-fat milk)
- ½ cup oats
- Honey or sugar as per your taste for sweetening
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Method:
- Add milk, frozen strawberries, oats, and sugar or honey in the blender.
(Oats are rich in fiber and provide thick consistency to your smoothie. They are really healthy and can be used as a meal replacement)
- Blend them all.
- Add chia seeds on top.
- Smoothie is ready to be served.
Note: For dairy allergen people, the same recipe can be followed by replacing milk with almond milk or coconut milk.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen Strawberries
- ½ cup frozen banana
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (you can use low-fat yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
Method:
- Add yogurt first, then frozen strawberries and bananas with a few drops of vanilla extract in the blender.

- Pour into a glass and it’s ready to enjoy.
Strawberry Almond Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen Strawberries
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (you can use low-fat yogurt)
- ½ cup Almond milk
- 1-2 tablespoons of Sugar or Maple Syrup
- 10 – 12 Almonds
- 1-2 tablespoons of Almond butter (optional for more nutrient and taste)
Method:
- Add yogurt first, then frozen strawberries, maple syrup, almonds, almond butter, and almond milk in the blender. (We like more almond chunks in the smoothie but if you want you can reduce or can add more according to taste.)
- And blend them all.
- Garnish it with some crushed almonds and enjoy the yummy smoothie.
Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen Strawberries
- 1 cup frozen Pineapple
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup orange juice
Method:
- Add yogurt first, then frozen strawberries and pineapple, and orange juice into the blender.
